Municipal & Customer Liaison
Cindy supports local municipalities and their planning departments as a pro bono advisor offering sign code expertise, which is often valuable during code revisions, planning commission meetings, variance hearings, and other matters.
Additionally, she functions as the electronic message center (EMC) trainer and helpdesk support rep for Lumineo customers who purchase and operate Watchfire digital LED signs.
Finally, she manages the company’s wellness program, performs event planning, and coordinates tours of our Hutchinson manufacturing facility.
She is Vice President of the board of directors of the Tri-State Sign Association (TSSA) and the International Sign Association (ISA) Planner Outreach committee.
Cindy utilizes her municipal government experience as a former mayor and city council member in Hutchinson. Additionally, her career includes more than 20 years of policy research, communication and advocacy with the Kansas Department of Health & Environment, Electronic Data Services (EDS) and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas.
Cindy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Sterling College. She’s a deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Hutchinson, and she has a daughter in Houston and a son in college.
Cindy joined the Lumineo team in August of 2016. She enjoys spending time with her kids, gardening, and traveling.
